Who We Are

Co-Founded by Lance "K.C." Jackson and William "Bill" Reeves in 2009, Roadies of Color United was started as social network to represent, introduce, and unite those in the concert touring and entertainment services that were not being represented on other industry related social network platforms.

Mission Statement

  • Advocate for a more diverse and inclusive industry.
  • Create new opportunities by providing mentorship, and access to resources and education tools.

William Barnett: William has been in the industry since 1989. He currently works at the Potter’s House Church of Dallas as the Production Manager & FOH Engineer since October 2011.

Platinum Level membership in Roadies of Color United Association, requires applicant to have a minimum of Two (2) years of cumulative experience. Gold and Silver Level members with less than two (2) years of cumulative experience will be assigned a mentor/sponsor.

All Gold & Platinum level members of Roadies of Color Members go through a robust vetting process before being accepted to ensure they are experienced and qualified for this industry.
